That finally after long negotiations we got room with no bed bags in our room

I was changing my room four times. First two were with bed bags under sheets, disgusting. Air conditioning was not working in our room. Don't book this hotel.

Pool area and the pool itself were very clean, we spent most of our stay in this area, because since we're locals, we were only interested in spending a relaxing weekend together.

Food quality at breakfast wasn't that good.

The hotel was full of friendly pensioners. The staff were friendly for the most part.

The smell and darkness of the hallways. That there was no free water available to drink during the dinner buffet.

good budget hotel, will stay again if I need a good nights sleep in Qawra.

The friendship of guests and staff helped make a very welcoming experience.

We found that the bedding could be improved. We wondered if the blanket and cover could be a bit larger for the size of the bed.

Not a three* hotel, possibly a one* as a very basic hotel in great need of renovation. There was a stale odor throughout the hotel. The room smellt even more (of mould/sewage. We were on the second floor far down in the corridor) and the cleaness of bedlinen and towels were questionable. Would only recommend this hotel if all you want is a cheap place to stay.

This was the worst hotel I´ve ever stayed in. A three star rate is way, way, way, way overrated. If any kind of health inpection were to be performed on Qawra Inn, I seriously doubt they would pass any of the items. To start with, the carpeted floors are painstakingly dirty. I couldn't possibly walk without shoes there, either on the room or in the common areas of the hotel. The pool was also really dirty and degraded. I had to switch rooms on the first night because, besides smelling like mold and paint, they gave me a room next to some sort of generator that wouldn't shut down for the whole night. Unfortunately, the second room, too, had no conditions, whatsoever. Besides the uncleanliness, the bathroom was unacceptable. Don't reccommend.

Good and cheap accommodation very close to the sea. Rooms are clean and well equipped even if the design is not so special. Very recommended for all those who don't care about luxurious hotels but are looking for a place to sleep for a good price. Breakfast was much more than we had expected as well!

We didn't know if the air condition was broken or just we couldn't turn it on properly cause suddenly it started heating us ;).

We asked 100 times for broken light in the bathroom to be fixed but it has not been done during our stay :-(

The location of the hotel was good and it looked good from the outside and in the reception area. Also the pool area was nice.

One of the reception personnel might have been the most unfriendliest persons I have met in a hotel. Unfortunately she was the one who checked us in, and I have to say that was not a very welcoming start for a holiday. Also I noticed that in the top floor restaurant the person who was preparing the kitchen had a very dirty (and the same every day) apron, that must be a health hazard.

Good location, in the centre of Qawra, in a few minuts from San Pawl.

The room that we booked wasn't available, but this isn't important compared to what happened next. This is a very dirty and smelly hotel (inside and outside the rooms). We saw cockroaches in the bathroom and mouse droppings in the bed sheets. There was even a rat hole next to the bathroom door, with all the stuff taken by the rat lying on the floor. We asked for another room, but they said that there were no rooms available. Like there wasn't also a cleaning person and clean sheets. No refund possible and to make a complaint they gave us the backside of an old photocopy. A matter of public health.

The hotel has a very good location in the island near to the best areas.The bus station is only 3min walking.Near the hotel supermarket, shops for souvenirs and breakfast.

Cleaning very poor.Breakfast very good but all the products wasn't very nice(about cleaning).They are look dirty.Cockroaches every night in the room.The manager always missing from the hotel to make my complaints.They didn't had machine for American Express!Problems with the power of the shower.We didn't had towels for 2 days and other people for 3 days.

Some staff were directly churlish, one at the reception shouting and screaming of guests. Once I saw it happen while a farther and mother stood with a Three year old child - poor baby. She was just cruel and even a simple desire to get a receipt for my payment went so hard on her, that I got killer eyes and she wrote it on my fourth days after having asked for it three times ... Some of the younger women in the reception. cafe 'and those guys on night watch at the reception provided an fine service. Cleaning is basic, but adequate to price paid. If you are looking for a good offer this is the place for you, but if you are sensitive and expect it all at half the price you should find another place. I would stay here again.
